About Us

At Pivot North Immigration, we take responsibility seriously. We provide clear, strategic guidance through the complexities of the Canadian immigration system, focusing on long-term planning rather than quick or oversimplified solutions. Our approach values clarity over hype and honest advice over unrealistic promises.

We understand that immigration decisions can shape both personal and professional futures. That’s why our work goes beyond processing applications. We combine legal knowledge with empathy to help clients understand their options, assess risks, and make informed decisions at every stage of their journey—even when pathways are limited or uncertain.

Canadian immigration policies and programs evolve constantly. By staying current with policy changes and maintaining our professional licensing requirements, we ensure our advice is accurate, compliant, and grounded in the realities of today’s immigration landscape. Our role is not only to prepare applications, but to guide, explain, and advocate with care and integrity.

With a fully virtual operating model, we represent clients from around the world, making reliable immigration support accessible regardless of location. Distance is never a barrier to thoughtful, personalized service.

Pivot North Immigration is built on trust, transparency, and accountability. We are committed to putting people first and providing guidance that is realistic, ethical, and tailored to each client’s circumstances—supporting them as they work toward building their future in Canada.

Why use an RCIC?

1

The Canadian Immigration system is complex and ever-changing. Did you know there are over 100 programs, pathways and visas to come to Canada?

It is the RCIC’s job to keep up to date with the latest policy changes and ongoing professional licensing requirements.

2

While no person can guarantee your success in an immigration application, RCICs ensure that your application meets the requirements of the Canadian Immigration authorities.

This will help you increase your chances of a favourable outcome.

3

Licensed with a regulatory body RCIC designation means that we had to go through a rigorous process in order to gain a license to represent you before the government agencies.

To maintain this right we are required to stay up to date on regulations and policies and complete ongoing professional development to renew this license every year.

4

We are bound by a strict code of conduct, which ensures that your interests are protected and that you are working with a knowledgeable and fully competent professional.

Pivot North Immigration has built trusted relationships with specialized co-counsels in different areas of Immigration Law. Depending on the complexities of the matter, we will ensure your case is presented to additional consultants who can advise further and cooperate with your immigration case.

We offer referrals to further Legal Assistance from associated Lawyers on certain instances, such as:

  • In Canada Refugee and Humanitarian and Compassionate Cases
  • Appeals
  • Judicial Reviews

Please be mindful that only authorized representatives regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), a Canadian law society, or the Chambre des notaires du Québec can provide immigration services for a fee.
